Fixes some linting errors that seem like they've been around for a while
Adds a trivial test for blueprint.ts to make sure that tests are working at the top level
Some things I am not sure about
There is no bun publish to just publish everything. I suppose the publication workflow is going to have to be doing npm publish from the individual subfolders
2 failing tests are causing CI to fail; it looks like they require a preview indexer but it's not available in CI.
I think the CLI-invokable version of blueprint.ts will only work for bun users for now. Need to actually set up a build/compile step to publish for platforms that cannot natively run ts (e.g. node).
