Read Audio Files

The script needs to be able to read audio files, either individually or from a directory, so as to feed them to Whisper.

When run from a command prompt, the script should do the following:

• Accept an individual file or multiple individual files as a runtime parameter.
• Accept a directory containing audio files as a runtime parameter.
• Access the targeted audio files and load them into the program in a format Whisper can accept.

Open questions:

• In what format does Whisper accept audio?
• What file types do we need to support?
