Enhance "No unlocked vaults" UX #Enhancement

If the user has no unlocked vaults and interacts with a form input then an enhancement would be to include an "Unlock vault(s)" button, similar to the extension dropdown, so we can considerably reduce clicks to unlock a vault

Hi @ldexterldesign! Thanks for this. I moved the issue and then remembered that we have an issue for this already, so I'll close in favour of that one - #148
