Repeatedly getting Offline Content popup when online #261

Describe the issue you're having

As of this evening, I'm getting the Offline Content popup when I'm online. If I delete the vault and add it again, then everything's fine until I close and reopen it once; from there on I get the Offline Content popup everytime. I tried toggling cell & WiFi, restarting the phone and uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but the result is always the same.

I'm not having any issues on desktop.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? How do we reproduce it?

Trying to open the mobile app.

What version of Android/iOS are you using? Eg. Android 8.0 / iOS 12.3.1

iOS 14.4

What phone/tablet are you running the app on?

iPhone 12 Mini

This has become intermitent for me; when it happens, toggling WiFi routinely fixes it.
