(Done) Update Electron

This PR is going to serve as a work in progress for updating Electron to the latest version (0.37.2) from version 0.34.1.

Electron v37 is now updated to use Chrome 49, so it comes with many stability, security and speed improvements as well as a boat load of Bug Fixes.

lots of material icons changes in this PR looks like it's not needed to update electron.
