Add enable/disable for each handler

I figure it's possible someone doesn't want the extra information at all and would prefer the default behavior.

Add option youtubeHandlerEnabled Default: True
Add option imgurHandlerEnabled Default: True (imgur handler is only added after client id/secret are set)
