...andler. Also added Mithril/Manasteel to the list because it is not generated as an ore and therefore should not be added to ExNihilo.

Be careful with Mithril. Even if CoFH Manasteel usually not generated, Metallurgy Mithril (same oredict entry) will be, and it has usages (tools, armors, alloys). Please re-consider excluding it.
