Too much Nether chest spawning #1

Using 1.6.1, this was the result of the default config:

Probably related to the fact that I changed the default spawn rarity. It used to be 300 but I changed it to 1200. If you updated from an early version then 300 will be way too high.

Yea I changed it to 1100 and it was much more sane.
