No Mob drops, Vanilla or Modded (1.10.2)

Headcrumbs 2.0.3 for Minecraft 1.10.2

Despite how many mobs of any type I kill, not a single Headcrumb head has dropped, when using Looting, Beheading or regular weapons.

There is a config option in the mod to enable or disable head drops, please verify that this option is enabled.
