localization is confirmed fixed for a handful of mods (see e66d3529fa64615cf2f0960c8fe57c9b46c6d86c and 83064f9e38d35ec3aa14063777e552b4326a9dfa). These are just the ones I have working in my dev environment. Let me know if some are still broken
