[Enhancement] players list on github #40

instead of manually updating with new players list them on github and pull from it on startup... Also why not add me I'm a modder :I I make HxC-***\ mods

There's a few problems with that idea: -It wouldn't allow for people to add/remove names from the list -Some people play offline

Send me a PR adding your name and I'll merge it :)
