Identify wireframing tool (Figma?) #328

Starting with the possibility of using Figma, explore & describe what would be our path to use this for publishing re-usable design-tied-to-code components.

Of note to this is a status update in a bcgov/figma repo that I accidentally found:

Project Status

(Sep 8, 2020) - Lifecycle: Dormant

This project is unlikely to progress because:

My current work isn't requiring me to create wireframes. Most designers working on B.C. Government applications are not using Figma. A review of wireframing tools conducted by the Government Digital Experience Division recommended against Figma due to some of the terms in its User Agreement. A Privacy Impact Assessment was completed by the Ministry of Health for Adobe XD, making it easier for B.C. Government designers to adopt and get a proper licence for Adobe XD. I still ❤️ Figma, but will archive this repo for now. If you are interested in resurrecting this work, contact me at: mark.wilson@gov.bc.ca.
