Giphy extension expects old URL format #2995

The Giphy extension seems to expect a URL that starts with media.giphy.com, but I can't find that (e.g. here: https://giphy.com/gifs/the-godfather-coda-u6EiPNT9dLDrU7ZQuF).

The closest I can find is https://i.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExOW1ndGllcTJhMTRuM3FjYnV5ZWEwZGdpbmppcjNoOXhjeDVweHp2ciZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw/u6EiPNT9dLDrU7ZQuF/giphy.gif, which works when transformed into https://media.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTc5MGI3NjExOW1ndGllcTJhMTRuM3FjYnV5ZWEwZGdpbmppcjNoOXhjeDVweHp2ciZlcD12MV9pbnRlcm5hbF9naWZfYnlfaWQmY3Q9Zw/u6EiPNT9dLDrU7ZQuF/giphy.gif! (replace i with media)
