Define what's included in white-labeling feature #3346

Do a better job of defining what's included in white-labeling. This could be in the documentation site, or as a page in features.

Specifically, make it clear the difference between white-labeling (removing the Buttondown footer), as opposed to custom CSS styling, or custom domains.

A feature page does exist: https://buttondown.com/features/whitelabeling

But its not linked on /features. It also could use some revisions
