glassonion wants to be able to use buttons with the recipes of Shamrock and Craps from the old site #1402

The DHS site had these buttons as part of the Las Vegas set:

Craps     (6,6) (6,6) (6,6) (6,6) (6,6)
Shamrock  (2) (7/13) (7/13) (7/13) (7/13)

I thought these were modestly interesting mid-level recipes, and i enjoyed playing them. We don't have them on the new site because they had been originally supposed to be implemented with special powers.

Figure out a way that we can get these recipes on the new site, so we can use them.

I created this in response to the discussion on #1395. It's not the first time this topic has come up, but i'd like to settle it by explicitly asking for what i actually want, which is for these recipes to be available as buttons on our site. I don't care (within reason) what their names are or what buttonsets they're attached to, but i liked the recipes, they existed on DHS, so i think it's legitimate for us to make them available here.

Incidentally, i'd also be happy with adding the Black Jack recipe, which was (1,1) (11) (8,8) (10,11) (T), under some name. I don't remember playing that one as much so i didn't flag it explicitly. I'd think we might as well while we're at it, but if that's a sticking point, it's not a core part of this request.

I already have the database and update folder SQL files for these (for about a month now). Just waiting for #1354 to be accepted before I set about making the pull request for these.
