Add new Fanatics buttons

We've had some interest in having new Fanatics buttons for players on the new site, and I think it would be a great idea to make this work.

We need to discuss what guidelines are reasonable when we are vetting potential recipes.

Naturally, any button that triggers a bug will be deactivated (but potentially playable on a testing site) until the bug is fixed.

My flavour text will be:

blackshadowshade is a mathematician and a stalwart Button Men programmer. Each bug that he vanquishes makes him stronger, which is good because there's always another bug out there to face. He likes discovering and retelling odd stories, saving the world, and bringing people together to beat each other up.

Proposed recipe for Nonce Equitaur:
+n(0)n (S) (3)q (U)It (U) (R)!
or +Ñ(0)n (S) (3)q (U)It (U) (R)!

+n(0)n would require that a skill could be repeated (without additional effect) on a die.
+Ñ(0)n would require the new Piñata skill, which is similar to Jolt or Time&Space.

Piñata skill (symbol Ñ). When a die with this skill is captured, the opponent takes another turn.
