In our footer attribution, we have

Button Men is copyright 1999, 2023 James Ernest and Cheapass Games: cheapass.com and beatpeopleup.cheapass.com, and is used with permission.

The links to https://cheapass.com and https://beatpeopleup.cheapass.com appear to not be live any more, so we need to update them.

Any suggestions on what we use instead?

I feel like the issue of licensing Button Men hasn't been raised properly since James Ernest passed that over to Greater Than Games.

Regarding whether Greater Than Games consider Button Men to be their game now, I think they probably did in 2021:

This means we will be doing a bunch of behind-the-scenes work over the next few weeks, as we restructure the website, combine the catalogs, and figure out how all this comes together."
