If the die rolls higher than its original value (before being attacked) it captures the largest attacking die.
Is the Rebound die also still captured? If so, it might be worth clarifying that in the eventual help text.
Online research reveals nothing useful, nor even the name of a person to ask.
The description above does say that the Rebound Die was captured, so I would think it remains captured. (Nothing in the text implies otherwise, beyond "it is re-rolled".)
It looks like a fun addition.
Six new buttons await this skill. This is my Bug Fix of the Month for March 2016.
Just an update on this: I'll be addressing this once I have Turbo Swing up and running.
I'm guessing that Rebound Mighty/Weak/Mood/etc. change size during this process?
And I suppose the Rebound skill has no effect if the die also has Konstant, because it doesn't actually re-roll? But if it has Maximum, it will trigger any skills that trigger on a re-roll, so it might have an effect if (e.g.) it's a Maximum Rebound Mighty?
What's the symbol for the Rebound skill going to be on the site?
Rebound: = represented by a pair of purple, horizontal arrows pointing in opposite directions
Rebound Dice were created by Bridge and Tunnel Software as a new skill for their ButtonMen Wireless cell phone game. It is used in characters from Paddle Battles, and is meant to represent returning an attack. If a Rebound Die is captured, it is re-rolled. If the die rolls higher than its original value (before being attacked) it captures the largest attacking die. In case of two attacking die having the same size, one die is randomly chosen to be captured.
