add Jota to jenkins #733

Jota has gotten a dev environment setup and wants to be able to commit code. So he needs jenkins access, meaning:

add a jenkins project for https://github.com/AdmiralJota/buttonmen so we can test that code
add an account for Jota so he can run tests

Blech, i am not enamored of how i'm doing configuration at the moment. :>P Anyway, i broke puppet on vagrant with the postfix hostname stuff i introduced a couple of weeks ago with the buttonmen e-mail thing. I'm just going to fix that on this ticket, because it's a one-liner and is config.

I followed the sketchy instructions in deploy/jenkins/README.new-dev (which refer back to some things in deploy/jenkins/README.post-puppet), and now Jota is able to login and run builds, and the buttonmen-AdmiralJota project is setup.
