Player information flags (including vanity flags) #753

There are many bits of information that we will want to convey about our users. One of the obvious ones initially is whether the user is new to the site or not. Later, we will want to signal other ones, like birthdays, experience level (based on number of games played), mentor status, and other vanity flags.

Many of these flags should be visible when playing a game, and perhaps also on the player profile page (#398), when that is available.

I think this contains #282, and I suggest that that other issue be closed in favor of this more inclusive one.

maybe also badges for tournament winners, site developers, fanatic creators, and those that played "the old site"
