This adds a reference in the Video sync section, to a simple Python script shared my monsieur_so in milovana and patched in a few places by give_a_nap to fix some minor issues. Detailed history in Milovana forum, at https://milovana.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=363413#p363413

Executive summary:

Simple Python script, using MPV
Portable (tested on Linux), requires Intiface Central
Playback of movies alongside their funscripts.
Supports seeking, pause, and all the MPV features.
