Add surface API for retreiving implemented protocols names #292

Feature Description

Would be handy to be able to get a list of protocol names so we can match them to config files to show which devices we can connect to in Intiface Desktop.

Kick this out to a point release, when we'll actually have the UI built to use this.

Technically we should be able to do this in the DCM after the config update. Closing.
