Vibrate: [18, 1, 3, 0, p, s] where s is speed 0-10 (0 is off), p is pattern 0-5 (5 is constant, 0 is off) Suction patterns: [18, 6, 1, n] where n is 0-4 (0 is off)

Is this an edit to the device or for use with a program?

Pretty much all the issues in this repo are discovered protocols for controlling devices (most via BT4). There's a number of tools that can be used to send commands to devices, including one built into chrome ( chrome://bluetooth-internals ).
