Add documentation for Scream Labs Model X1 #160

This PR adds documentation for the Bluetooth serial protocol used by the Scream Laboratories Model X1 Interrogator. The companion apps (Windows .NET and Android Java) are heavily obfuscated and the protocol is not publicly documented, this was primarily reverse engineered from sniffing the serial traffic.
