The "upstream" Crystal Disk Mark allows the user to tweak several option. For example, see this screenshot:
where the user can change the number of runs (5 by default, unlike the above screenshot) and file size (1GB by default).
Also in the menus the user can change:
Test Data: "Default (Random)" or "All 0x00 (0 Fill)"
Queues & Threads, separately for Sequential and Random, default 32 queues, 1 thread, for both
I don't really know what all these options mean or how important they are or whether they can be fed into fio, although I'm pretty sure that the number of runs and file size can, so I'll leave it up to you to research it!
