What is the relation with https://github.com/acg-team/ProGraphMSA? #1

ProGraphMSA looks awesome to me!

I notice there are two similar repos:

To avoid confusion, I suggest to add to the README.md the relation between these two repos.

In that way, others and I can decide which to base our future research on.

Hey @butzist, I took the liberty of responding to this at acg-team/ProGraphMSA#5. I also made sure you have write access there in case you ever need to add a fix to ProGraph. If you're OK with acg-team being the master then it might make sense to archive this repo.
