Make the gamemode work in ZDaemon by:

Modifying the CP entities to be written in DeHackEd (with dehsupp) instead of DECORATE
Converting the SBARINFO HUD to ACS (which will require additional graphics).
Making any aditional changes to the ACS (there's already a for loop in place with the comment todo related to this in the code)
