Add delayedShow #15

Hi @buunguyen!

Thank you for this very helpful project. I have added a tiny new function that delays the showing of the progress bar. You can see examples of this functionality in action here: https://fly.io/phoenix-files/make-your-liveview-feel-faster/

My pull request also updates the home page with examples:

Important: I did not update the minified file.
