Seek function doesn't work properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Stream any podcast
2. Attempt to drag the "trackball" to a later position in the podcast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If I drag the trackball to time 42:02 on the bar, I would expect that it would 
skip ahead to that point in the podcast.

Instead, it jumps randomly to a different portion of the podcast(usually MUCH 
earlier in the podcast).  Because of this, it's nearly impossible to continue 
where you left off if you are interrupted while listening.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version name 2.02
Version code 16
on Android 2.2 (froyo)
with Samsung Droid Charge

Hoping a resume functionality should fix this issue. Let us know if not after 
the next release, version 2.3.
