batti shows no icons #3

I installed batti (0.3.7-1) on Arch x64 from the AUR,
but when i start it, the icons are not shown in the tray.
instead for all icons it shows the 'image-missing' icon from my gtk-theme.

Since it shows the 'image-missing' icon, the error is not within the code
itself.
So I guess it is within your icon-theme. Does your icon-theme include the
hicolor
icon-theme? Does it still show 'image-missing' when you are using default
gnome-icon-theme or some other theme?

To check if your icon-theme includes the hicolor icon-theme, the index.theme
file
within your icon-theme folder must have the following line:
Inherits=hicolor

Please see [1] for further informations about the freedesktop icon-theme
specification.

Sorry, it was my mistake. I didn't had 'notification-daemon' installed. Now it
works
as expected, Thank you!

Notifications should be totally optional. The presence of notification-daemon
should
do nothing to your icon theme. What about my quetions in Comment 1?

I had this same problem in Arch. I remedied it by doing:

$ sudo gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/hicolor/
