Files deleted after a move between workspaces #75

Workspace id is not followed correctly. Some examples :

A file is moved from workspace A to workspace B. Workspace A trsync process ignore move event because event is identified from workspace B. Then, if file is deleted from workspace A disk, trsync ask a deletion of file, so, file is deleted from workspace B.
