pi does not restart on power restore #6

I've followed the guide and it shutdown gracefully when i remove power from the power supply within the time set in the script but when i put back power to the power supply the pi does not restart like it supposed to do.

Anybody can help on this?

Just noticed that removing power directely on the pi and putting it back it works, the pi restart.

It seems that the ups hat is sending back power to the power supply when main is removed. I think i need a way to prevent this, a diode maybe?
