Add icons from cobalt2 #194

https://github.com/wesbos/cobalt2 has elegant, minimalist icons on the sidebar for assorted file types. I would love to see them in this project. Or perhaps there's a way they can be made standalone?

I'm using SoDa Reloaded over the original Soda theme because of this very feature.
