Doesnt work on the Overflow-x #23

the plugin doesn't seem to work on the x-overflow, but works perfectly fine on the y overflow

Yeah, you're right, it was designed to be a vertical scrollbar only. But please, feel free to fork it and create an horizontal one, if you'd like to :)
