Highlights: -TheStateEditor bugfix -bz_waveSpec bugfix -Contents.m updates -moving ripple functions to labelled subfolders -compileBuzcode works on windows

The ones i'm familiar with make sense and look fine. Also, where did we land with loading data from Phy?
