sleepscoremaster spits out 'no badchannels in your xml - so no rejected channels' event when a 'rejectchannels' input is provided

should be simple to fix, posting here until it's done

By the way what about badchannels in sessionInfo?

@DavidTingley I don't see this error when I run this: SleepScoreMaster(cd,'rejectChannels',5)
