A few new functions, some updates #279

New f'ns: -bz_ConcatenateBehavior - if you have a basePath with multiple recording sessions that you've concatenated with bz_ConcatenateDat, this function will concatenate any behavior.mat files in the subfolders and align the timestamps using MergePoints -bz_NormToRange - re-scales data to a different min/max range -bz_ScaleBar - puts a scale bar on your plot instead of x axis ticks

Changes -bz_PowerSpectrumSlope saving/redetection -Restrict bug fix with single input -bz_MultiLFPPlot can now put spikes below the LFP
