major folder reorganization and some new functions #363

As we are writing a bunch of new analysis functions these days I have started to reorganize the folders inside Analysis. I have grouped the functions according to the particular topic (i.e. place field, ripples, etc.). I will also write some documentation.

There are a few new functions for place fields and ripple stuff

Looks good

For the function calc_PSTH.m, the documentation says "formatted according to cell explorers convention". Could you spell out what the convention is so users don't have to go looking?
