Encoded Library not showing on some mp3s #126

Some Mp3's aren't showing the Encoded Library like Lame 3.99 etc.

I am guessing this is not a software issue but because the Encoder just didn't list it?

Lame 3.99 stores name and version in the file. Could you share a file (only first few KB are needed) not showing encoding library?
