Display hull #1

Add UI for hull

Part of selected... Show image of the ship, name of the ship, and hull, maybe even hover to show position ?

another thing, maybe have like a force shield that represents the hull ? multiple damage layers ?

Shows frame to indicate health, green for upper part, blue mid part red almost destroyed. also shows hull in ui
