Heavy Beam for cruisers #4

Try to create a beam weapon for the cruisers..

way this works is, when engaged, first just fire heavy lasers, but slowly rotate towards target and then fire the beam as well

might have to create my own particle system for this one.

Managed to fix this, will try to improve later.
