[x] Fighter ship operational even though not enough resources

[x] Sometimes, regardless of targeting a ship far away, ships will go fight some target close to origin (probabl because im using || vector3(0,0,0) )

[x] Boosters on rockets are stuck when missile travels "off target" (because no state dictates the rocket ignition)
[ ] Generally, its possible to shoot targets that are moving away
[x] directions of spaceships when spreading out, sometimes target is off too
[x] try to make missiles hit the very center of a target, try to make attacking ships rotate to the very center of the target (need to move missiles outside ship ref)
[x] see if its possible to improve selection, a bit laggy when mass selecting deselecting
[x] Issue with game menu, opening it too many times drains fps after a while (somethings not being removed\disposed properly)
