UI for enemy ships and constructions #7

More UI!

Not sure about right click or left click or how to separate it..

But, a ui for enemy ships, like clicking on an enemy ship and displaying info about it, what type of ship, hull, etc.. Same with constructions, right, "Radar station, destroy this and send a tactical ship to harvest intel" or something like tha.t..

Upgrades for ships also....

Have added ctrl + click to show information, more detailed description I will have to get back to..

Might add icons to indicate what dmg type etc, or just a full description somewhere
