It's the first, only 10 points but I'm going to be mad! I've tried base64, base85 and typical crypt methods (rot13, etc) with no luck. :-(

Oh man I’m in the same boat unfortunately! I have no idea what it is. I think I’m about to ask for a hint on the discord channel for this one.

As a hint towards Encoding (disclaimer: I'm staff on hackers.gg) @q2dg you're on the right path trying typical encodings it is an established encoding that is used. Think about what types of characters you see, and don't see.
