hi, I added new segment to manager downloading plugins, and also new progress indicator to count the downloading progress, plus import/export to help zip/unzip plugins to other Macs.

I tested the bar, if I did make the bar live, the app will crash somehow(and process stop from downloading plugins), so I have to stop the bar from actually change. (i-i). If someone could help me out.
