Check bubbles scaling #19

Esp when blue should be smaller than red. Can multiply red data by factor 1.1/1.2

auswahl_011 @scsirdx I remember that we have talked about some issues in the current implementation of the bubbles. One point was that the blue bubbles are preferred to be at the edge which is misleading and ugly. Can you please make it the other way round, that big bubbles are preferred to be in the center of the chart?
