I am unable to unlock nylon and ultem 1010 on my fortus 400mc machine. I am able to configure the rest of the materials but for some reason the printer does not show nylon as a supported material.

Here is the command I entered: stratatools setupcode_create -n 2170 -s 400mc -t configuration -l large -b 1x -m ULT9085 ULT1010 NYLON ABS-ESD7 ABS-M30 -v 1

And this is the output code: 9LAG-PCED-PYFG-V86B

And I am using a 400mc running 3.21.2900

Hi! Can you reflash EEPROM for 400mc? What machine ID you using? Best regards.
