[bug] segmentation fault when running 1_topo scripts after another

when running the 1_topo scripts in order from one script, segmentation faults occur.

The solution suggested by https://github.com/CH-Earth/comphydShared_summa/blob/d6c8b14f3bb37996782712dfd5872a6926606b26/scripts/model_builder/model_builder_funcs/find_HRU_params_method1.py#L49 was to remove this line.

Removed the line from the respective file in dependencies/cwarhm-summa see commit 28719ccafb83feeb794c9a54ec07244535564e64

probably related to gdal stack (is this how it is called) import issues, could be solved by limiting conflicting imports of gdal. Prime suspects are gdal and qgis.
