changing the order of commands in test_run in the test_bow_at_banff.py file #7

In the main test_bow_at_banff.py file, the control_options variable is filled after checking the reset_test if statement. Furthermore, the shell output of the test run (in a .log file) is included in this pull request.

The change has also been made with #10 which was easier to merge in the end. Could you send me the log file separately?
