Currently, when lower than 3.2V is detected, a 60 second shutdown timer is started. If device is plugged in that time, it will shutdown anyway.
Instead it should start a regular timer, then if battery is not charging by 60 seconds, shutdown can begin straight away.
Partially fixed with #2 but currently does not work if using ADC method.
